Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch, Switch Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Delta, Solo, UK Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
All orders are subject to the following conditions. Non-acceptance of any part herein should be notified to Nice PC immediately. Order fulfilment is subject to stock availability; as such Nice PC is under no obligation to fulfil orders. Where Nice PC is unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible and will be given the option to accept a suitable alternative or take full refund.
Please note: Terms and Conditions only refer to NEW Fujitsu Siemens computers and laptops NOT factory outlet systems.
Shipment and Title
All delivery dates are quoted in good faith. Nice PC will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. Nice PC reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments if appropriate (due to events including, but not limited to shortages of materials, labour strikes and transportation failures) within a reasonable time. Title to the product and accessories passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Where you have been made aware of the delivery date by Nice PC, if you unreasonably refuse delivery without the agreement of Nice PC, you will be responsible for reasonable expenses incurred by Nice PC as a result of the refusal, including but not limited to storage costs, until you accept delivery or inform Nice PC that you no longer wish to take delivery.
Terms of payment
Payment is due on placement of order. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared or the necessary credit documents have been received.
Damage in transit
When goods are passed to the carrier, the title for them passes to the customer. Nice PC accepts liability for damage in transit when the customer follows the below guidelines:
i) Check all goods for damage immediately on receipt
ii) Notify Nice PC of any physical damage within 7 days of receipt
iii) Notify Nice PC of any shortfall within 14 days of receipt
If you do not believe that you will have enough time on receipt of the goods to meet these requirements, please contact Nice PC to arrange a more convenient delivery date, which will allow you enough time to do so.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Warranties and Liabilities
All Fujitsu Siemens desktop PC’s sold by Nice PC are covered by the Fujitsu Siemens “At Home” Warranty service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Fujitsu Siemens Notebooks are covered by a 12 month “collect and return warranty”.
Warranty terms and conditions apply; a copy of these terms and conditions is available on the Fujitsu Siemens Warranty Card, which will arrive with your PC and is also available by request.
Additional warranty to cover years two and three may be purchased at any time before expiry of the initial 12 month warranty period.
We regret that the “At Home” service is not available in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, or at BFPO addresses.
Compatibility
Customers should ensure that all peripherals intended for use with any system purchased are compatible. Nice PC will not be responsible for the functionality of peripherals except where they have been purchased from Nice PC.
Internet Use
Customers who use the Internet do so at their own risk. No liability can be accepted for damage or faults caused as a result of Internet usage.

Returns Policy If you are a consumer, the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel your purchase at any time from the time the order is made until 7 working days from the day after the day the goods are received, and receive a full refund. To do this, you must inform Nice PC in writing during this time period and return the products immediately in the same condition you received them, with the software unopened and in their original packaging, at your own cost and risk.
Nothing in these Terms and conditions is intended to restrict the rights of the consumer contained in consumer legislation.
